NCT Smart Industrial Park is a new managed industrial park launched in 2023, located in Sepang, Kuala Langat district within the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor (IDRISS). IDRISS industrial development driven by the State and Federal government, is expected to include upcoming projects such as the Selangor International Aero Park, a new port in Pulau Carey, and logistic hubs as well as tourism.
NCT Smart Industrial Park will be developed in 3 phases over a period of 10 years.
Phase 1 spread across 230 acres, will consists of 101 units of semi-detached, detached and link-detached factories as well as 27 industrial land plots of up to 50 acres. This phase is slated for completion in 2025 Quarter 4.
